The diabetes pass - now also as an app!
The Diabetes Pass is one of the most widespread work equipment in German Diabetes Society. The small blue book has been in the therapy control and support of patients
With diabetes mellitus in the past 20 years. Now the “Health Pass Diabetes” is also available as an app with many features:
- Create new entries
- Compare current values with the target values
- Annual overview: Overview of the disease and therapy process; Superable from the app by email in PDF format
-Many interactive tools, among other things WHO5 questions about well-being, BMI, EGFR and HBA1C computers
- Remembrance function: The app reminds the user shortly before the end of each quarter to make an appointment for the next quarter
- Units for blood sugar, HBA1C, cholesterol, triglycerides and creatinine can be chosen and
to be changed afterwards
- Information on the therapy regime of diabetes and for further medication can be stored
