Make Requests, Complaints, Suggestions and Complaints to the City of Fortaleza.
The Central 156 is a communication channel between the citizen and the City Hall of Fortaleza, allowing the citizen to register requests, complaints, suggestions, compliments and complaints.
In addition to the mobile app you can make the same requests through the phone (call 156) or through the service portal available on the City Hall website (www.fortaleza.ce.gov.br/156).
